Children are accepted into the program on a pre-registered, pre-paid basis each week. Registration for the following week should be done on the Friday preceding the week of care. This arrangement is set up for your payment convenience. Should you wish another arrangement, please check with the school office. Applications are available on the School to Home (Page 11) Link at left. 2. Before care is from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. at a cost of $3.00 per day. 3. After care is from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. at a cost of $10.00 per day.

It is important that the school office has current phone numbers (work, home, cell, emergency contact) so that we may contact you in the event of a problem or emergency with your child. Please send a note to school with your child to update this information.
Cathedral School requires that each family provide 10 hours of service time to the school. There are many opportunities throughout the school year to meet this requirement. Now is the time to consider the various opportunities for service hours to see what fits your schedule.
Your child's teacher(s) may have opportunities in their individual classrooms, but school-wide events are also a great chance to fulfill this requirement. Some opportunities include: assisting with sub sales, book fairs, the Race for Education, the Gala, field day, class field trips, lunch time help, computer lab aide, reading to young students. In addition, trained professionals are often needed for their services (certified electrician, painters, etc.).
As you complete any portion of the 10 hours, please fill out the provided forms and return to the teacher or to the office, otherwise you will not receive credit for your service. Volunteer hours not fulfilled by the end of the school year will be billed to the family at a rate of $10 per hour.
